What should I do if I left my belongings at the hotel?

Please contact the front desk immediately at +7 (8152) 25-37-00 and submit a request. Lost & found items are kept for up to 6 months for pickup according to hotel policy.

Why are there no slippers and a dental kit in the room?

In First Category rooms, slippers and dental kits are not included per classification. You can purchase them (and other toiletries) at the front desk.

Do the rooms have a kettle and a hair dryer?

If your room category does not include a kettle and hair dryer, we will provide them free of charge upon request at reception.

Where can I get drinking water?

Hot and cold drinking water is available from water purifiers on every floor.

Where is the nearest grocery store?

A “Magnit” supermarket is 350 m away (11 Lomonosova St.); a “Bristol” store is 600 m away.

Where can I wash and dry my laundry?

At your service is our laundry (service prices according to the price list). There are also self-service washer-dryer machines available 24/7 in the Household Service Room on the 2nd floor (laundry capsules can be purchased at the reception desk).

Where can I smoke in the hotel?

Under Federal Law No. 15-FZ (23 Feb 2013), smoking is prohibited in hotels and dining venues across Russia. Smoking is allowed only outdoors, at least 50 m away from the hotel.

Where can I eat?
